Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Laurel, Maryland
Description We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Laurel, Maryland. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries promptly, and providing a positive and knowledgeable interaction. You will also be involved in customer billing, scheduling, and vendor agreement updates.
Responsibilities:
• Promptly answer phone calls and provide detailed information to customers
• Book and route service calls, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action on delinquent payments
• Follow up with customers on the quality of service provided
• Submit permits as required and update vendor agreements
• Assist customers with their account, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Conduct debriefing calls with electricians and input information from service calls
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Proven skills in managing customer accounts
• Demonstrated ability to assist customers and resolve their queries efficiently
• Experience in coordinating schedules and managing appointments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
• Must be a team player with high level of dedication
