Robert Half International Insurance and Asset Management Administrator in Lawrenceville, Georgia



My client in the Lawrenceville area is searching for an Insurance and Asset Management Administrator to join their team for an immediate, direct hire opportunity. The Insurance and Asset Management Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the process of identifying, measuring and managing insurable risks. This position mitigates the company's exposure to risk by coordinating all claims related activities, handle the liaison for operations to insurance companies and agencies. What You Get To Do Every Day:

  • Develop and assists with proposals for insurance programs

  • Manages claims and loss control activities

  • Resolves claims at least possible cost to company through risk transfer techniques

  • Responsible for post loss reduction techniques such as salvage and subrogation techniques

  • Manages relationships with third party service providers including brokers, insurers and vendors

  • Monitors compliance with insurance procedures Coordinates COI compliance

  • Manages bad gas claims and coordinates with tenants and customers for resolution

  • Manages flood coverage on properties located on FEMA flood maps

  • Continuously monitoring activity, cost and performance

  • Competently auditing practices and procedures

  • Capability to identify, manage and develop resources for maximum performance

  • Keep abreast of new legislation, government policy, best practice

  • Other duties may be assigned by Management to include but not limited to special projects or work overflow.


  • Bachelor’s degree in risk management preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Knowledge of and skill in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute successfully with a team environment

  • Knowledge of local, state and federal safety regulations associated with the industry

  • Customer service experience

  • Exceptional complex problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Detail oriented and ability to multi task

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
