Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer services for our Trauma & Extremities Business Units. The successful candidate will be involved in sales, order entries, and purchase order collections, with a focus on maintaining good customer relations and addressing customer claims and complaints effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service to support our Trauma & Extremities Business Units
• Handle sales activities and order entries efficiently
• Manage purchase order collections and develop improvement plans in response to team efforts
• Ensure that customer claims and complaints are resolved effectively in accordance with consumer laws
• Develop initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
• Utilize interpersonal skills and computer skills to manage customer accounts and resolve inquiries
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records
• Use decision-making skills to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with the business unit to exceed customer service expectations
Requirements • Proficient in Customer Service procedures and best practices
• Experience in Sales and Account Management
• Proficiency in Data Entry and Order Entry tasks
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members
• Familiarity with Planning Processes and Collection Processes
• Experience in Claim Administration and handling Purchase Orders
• Ability to handle and resolve Complaints efficiently
• Knowledge of Law Regulation related to customer service
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Computer Skills
• Excellent Decision-Making abilities
• Familiarity with the Go programming language
• Understanding of the operations of a Business Unit
• Knowledge of NIS (Network and Information Security) Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
