Description

A local construction firm located in Lawrence Township is looking to full-time a temporary/temporary to full-time Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager in this role will be responsible for the following:

Calendar Management

Customer Service

Invoicing/Billing

Payroll

Preparation Quotes/Presentations

Data Entry

Record Management

Requirements

The ideal Office Manager will have 2+ years working in the construction field.This individual must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and have a proven ability to multitask. Payroll and basic accounting experience is a plus!

  • Job related experience

  • QuickBooks experience

  • Foundational knowledge in construction

  • Well-founded grasp of data entry

  • Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Construction experience

  • Proven knowledge of AIA Billing

  • Practical knowledge of filing

  • Expertise in customer service

  • General familiarity with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

  • Requires past experience) in a supervisory role
