We are in search of a Staff Accountant to join our clients team in the Lawrenceville, New Jersey area. The role involves working with a multi-use platform of advertising across all electronic devices. The work environment offers a blend of office and remote work, with the flexibility of spending two days in office and three days working from home. This position falls within the software industry and offers an opportunity to work with global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to GAAP, manage General Ledger, and perform Reconciliation and Month-end tasks

• Handle some T& E through Concur and act as a backup for Accounts Payable (AP) when needed

• Gain exposure to international accounting/multi-currency operations, as we operate in the US, Canada, India, and Sweden

• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting tasks, if experienced in the software

• Exhibit proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUPS

• Serve as backup for AP and bring any experience with Concur and T& E Expenses to the role

• Process and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR), perform Bank Reconciliations, manage Journal Entries and Month End Close

• Leverage Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various financial tasks.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with the General Ledger

• Experience with Journal Entries

• Knowledge of Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite

• Experience with Oracle

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Experience with SAP

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
