Robert Half Financial Analyst/Manager in Le Sueur, Minnesota
Description We are in search of a Financial Analyst/Manager to join our team operating in the manufacturing industry. The position is based in Le Sueur, Minnesota. As a Financial Analyst/Manager, you will be expected to handle financial modeling, financial planning and analysis, as well as due diligence. You will also contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, team building, and data analysis and analytics tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making processes
• Conduct financial planning and analysis to drive the company's financial strategy
• Perform due diligence activities for potential mergers and acquisitions
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability
• Contribute to team building efforts to ensure a high-performing finance team
• Utilize data analysis and analytics to provide insights into financial performance
• Work with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Use Epicor for enterprise resource planning and financial management
• Participate in traditional forecasting to predict future financial trends
• Handle other financial management tasks as needed. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial analysis or management role.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Demonstrated skills in Power BI and data analytics.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP& A) is required.
• Must have conducted due diligence in previous roles.
• Knowledge and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with Epicor software is an advantage.
• Must have a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have a degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus.
