Responsibilities
Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Look after archived records by categorizing documents
Conduct and manage the general ledger
Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
Balance accounts by reconciling entries Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Prior experience working with accounting software
QuickBooks experience desired
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
