Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a CFO in the Lebanon, New Hampshire area. As the CFO, you will be essential in managing the financial actions of the company, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO, and implementing budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage company financials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations

• Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks

• Collaborate with the CEO on decision-making processes during corporate strategy meetings

• Implement capital management strategies to achieve the company's financial goals

• Develop and manage effective budget processes to optimize spending and increase profitability

• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO based on financial analysis and projections

• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports

• Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company

• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in Budget Processes, able to develop, implement and manage financial strategies effectively.

• Proficiency in Capital Management, with a strong understanding of optimizing the usage of financial resources within the organization.

• Solid foundation in Finance, with the ability to oversee all financial operations and provide strategic guidance on financial matters.

• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a diverse team of financial experts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information in an understandable manner to all stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive financial management roles.

• Detail oriented certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) will be considered a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions.

• High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially and responsibly.
