Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, supporting pay and benefit processes, monitoring leave, overseeing training efforts, and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Business Partner is also responsible for ensuring compliance throughout the company and streamline policies. The HR Business Partner would be a remote opportunity and would be on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provides support and guidance to agency contacts, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations

  • Support the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

    Requirements

The ideal HR Business Partner candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Other requirements for the HR Business Partner position include and are not limited to:

  • 10+ years of HR experience

  • Insurance or Consulting experience preferred

  • Ceridian experience preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
