Robert Half Training Developer in Lehi, Utah

Description

Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a Training Developer for an extended ERP implementation. This role will collaborate with the Training Lead to design various training materials, assess training needs, create engaging and effective training content, and deliver training sessions. They will gather feedback to refine materials and methods, maintain comprehensive documentation, and ensure quality of all training materials. The role involves using various training technologies and providing ongoing support for training-related queries.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the diverse training needs and creating appropriate solutions.

• Gather and synthesize information in a fast-paced environment.

• Continuously improve training materials based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, or Instructional Design is preferred, and Instructional Design certification is a plus.

• Over 3 years of experience in training material design.

• Proficiency in e-learning tools and software, and experience with ERP systems is a plus

• Experience in functional systems training, business process changes, or methodology training.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management tools.

• Strong proficiency in instructional design principles and learning theories.

• Excellent writing skills and proficiency in training development tools.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
