In this LOGISTICS CLERK position, you will manage the scheduling and coordination of services of transporting vehicles while consistently updating client information into the CRM database. This LOGISTICS CLERK will also be working very closely with Microsoft Excel, so strong experience using that software system is a huge plus! The LOGISTICS CLERK should also have strong expert knowledge of logistics, the ability to provide excellent customer service and must be able to work efficiently in high stress situations. Ensure client orders are being efficiently completed

Assist in the coordination of scheduling the transporting of vehicles and delivery while ensuring client instructions are followed

Oversee the completion of additional client services as needed

Provide effective communication through email and phone with clients; also provide efficient communication using the CRM database with internal employees and escalating any issues to upper management when needed

Update the CRM database with accurate notes promptly and accurately

Ensure everything is compliant within company's policies and procedures

Ensure adherence to applicable DOT regulations and Federal/State/Local laws

Daily, manage all inventory going in and out of storage facility




2+ years' experience in Logistics-related roles; prior industry experience in Transportation or Logistics a plus!

Highly proficient in Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office

Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and the ability to perform Pivot Tables, making Graphics and Charts, etc.

Any additional experience using a CRM database

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Understanding of working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask and have a high attention to detail

Must be a reliable and dependable employee!
