Robert Half IT Desktop Support Analyst in Lenexa, Kansas
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Lenexa, Kansas. In this role, you will be providing critical technical support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation of software, hardware, and network configurations. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, contributing your knowledge and skills to the improvement and efficiency of our IT operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality technical solutions to our clients, including supporting desktop software and hardware.
• Utilize your knowledge of Office 365 and Active Directory in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Contribute to team efforts in managing Azure, 365, and cloud services management platforms.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process of employees, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Handle the decommissioning of equipment and peripheral devices, maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace.
• Coordinate moves and relocations within the workspace, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Participate in various IT projects, applying your skills and knowledge to contribute to their success.
• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Requirements • Proficient knowledge of Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repairing.
• Expertise in Active Directory, with ability to create, delete and manage user accounts.
• Proficient in Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for IT related issues.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team and independently as required.
• Experience in providing training to end-users regarding system use.
• Proactive in staying updated with latest technology trends.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks will be advantageous.
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
