Position Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations in the office, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and aiding to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. This is a high-level role that will involve a diverse array of responsibilities, including customer engagement, onboarding new customers, general office management, HR roles, and managing a small team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly.

  • Enhance customer service procedures, policies, and standards for your department and the organization.

  • Create a nurturing, positive work environment whilst fostering a team-based conducive atmosphere.

  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

  • Onboard new customers, ensuring they understand our service offerings and our procedures.

  • Handle human resources activities, including employee relations, performance evaluations, talent acquisition, and tracking leaves and absences.

  • Maintain office efficiency, overseeing the purchasing of supplies, managing office contracts and ensuring office equipment is properly maintained.

  • Directly manage a small team, ensuring their work aligns with company objectives, and handling their training, development, and performance management.

    Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in an Office Management or similar senior administrative role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a preferred plus. However, extensive professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Proven office management and administrative experience.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
