This Accounting Manager position with a burgeoning, innovative Metal Fabrication company is for candidates who can take charge of daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Work alongside FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

• Assemble various technical accounting policies, procedures, and analyses

• Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

• Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

• Lead and encourage the full accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure deadlines are met

• Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant Requirements - Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Customer service oriented communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• CPA or MBA preferred

• 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel

• Practical knowledge of Navision

• Microsoft Excel experience preferred

• Solid understanding of general ledger

• Consolidations experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of financial statements consolidation

• Adeptness in Corporate Consolidation

• General familiarity with General Ledger System

• Experience with Financial Consolidation

• Proven technical skills
