Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive in Lewiston, Maine. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing office administration tasks, and maintaining a professional phone presence. You will also utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality customer service in all interactions
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a professional and confident phone presence in all communications
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and present data
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure all client needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals
• Implement strategies to improve customer service and client relationships
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve any client issues or complaints
• Continually improve knowledge and skills relevant to the role. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar position such as Account Executive or relevant role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional customer service skills and excellent phone presence
• Strong knowledge in office administration and management
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and personal integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field is preferred
