Robert Half Lexington is working with a local/national non-profit organization to hire a temporary Administrative Coordinator for coverage of a extended leave. This Administrative Coordinator role manages the learning and training strategy for this nonprofits' finance employees/division. In this role, you will work closely with the staff of the finance department to support the development and delivery of learning/training opportunities. You will drive training knowledge tools and strategies working with the Human Resources department; ensuring staff have timely and efficient access to key procedures, tools, training materials, and guidance documents. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage Finance division learning/training plans
o Work closely with Finance departments to support the development and delivery of trainings to Finance stakeholders
o Ensure similar look and feel for finance trainings so participants have consistent experiences
o Support a participatory approach to trainings, keeping finance trainings fun & engaging
o Provide training tools and resources that reduce duplication of effort
o Consult on appropriate delivery methods, based on content and stakeholder group
o Suggest trainings based on participant feedback
o Liaise with Human Resources to leverage Cornerstone and other learning resources
o Manage Finance Learning impact & retention process
o Manage Finance Learning resource tool pages
o Coordinate and track onboarding process for Finance & Extended Finance staff
o Plan/schedule Lunch & Learns
o Contribute to trainings by developing content, providing logistics support, and coordinating the development of content by others
o Serve as the point person for content on intranets (SaveNeT and OneNeT), including editing, developing and/or managing content
o Provide guidance on proper and consistent usage of document sharing platforms such as Teams, OneDrive, N drive, etc.
o Support the development of GCPC’s annual strategy and work plan
o Monitor progress against deliverables
o Develop reports and brief leadership, as required
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in area of expertise
High School or Technical/Vocational Degree
Experience in designing and supporting adult learning modules
Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles
Proven success working cross-functionally to ensure results
Experience developing e-learning modules with Articulate or similar software
Knowledge of award compliance topics, particularly related to the management of US Government awards
