We are looking for a CFO to join our client's team in the Professional Services industry based in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, managing cash flow, and driving strategic planning. This role also involves handling investor relations and ensuring due diligence in all our financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all company financial operations including cash and treasury management.
• Drive strategic planning and forecasting to steer the company towards its financial objectives.
• Manage investor reporting to ensure transparency and maintain investor confidence.
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring all financial aspects are duly considered and executed.
• Conduct due diligence for all financial transactions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Lead staff management and development to build a high-performing finance team.
• Oversee special projects that require financial expertise and strategic planning.
• Utilize skills in Cash Flow Management, Cash Forecasting, and Strategic Planning to optimize financial operations.
• Utilize knowledge in Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Due Diligence to support the company's growth and expansion.
• Prepare and present financial reports to showcase the company's financial status and progress.
Requirements • Proven experience in a CFO or similar leadership role within the Professional Services industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in Cash Flow Management, Cash Forecasting, and Cash Management.
• Strong knowledge of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence.
• Solid understanding of Equity Accounting.
• Ability to generate accurate Financial Reports.
• Strategic Planning skills with the ability to drive financial planning of the company.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant certification would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in using financial software and databases.
• Adherence to all professional ethics, such as confidentiality and integrity.
