Robert Half Lexington is offering a contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in LEXINGTON-FAYETTE, Kentucky. This role involves acting as an extension of departments seeking to hire talent, documenting the needs of current job openings, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This role is within the industry of corporate recruiting and requires a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes. Prior full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition as a full time position is required, apply today to be considered!

Responsibilities:

• Meet with hiring managers to understand and document the requirements of job openings

• Create optimized job postings to attract applicants using knowledge of job function and industry

• Screen applicants for minimum qualifications and refer potential hires to the hiring managers

• Keep the applicant tracking system updated with all candidate statuses

• Follow up with hiring managers to track the progress and status of candidates

• Work with the compensation lead to obtain salary quotes

• Extend offers to candidates and explain pre-hire compliance requirements

• Facilitate salary negotiations with candidates

• Generate offer letters and coordinate with an HR Specialist for on-boarding and pre-hire compliance activities

• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and database management tasks.

Requirements • Experience in Corporate Recruiting is required

• Must have a background in Full Cycle Recruiting

• Familiarity with Job Postings and advertising roles

• Proficiency in Prescreening potential candidates

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

• Previous experience in a similar HR Recruiter role is an advantage

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to exercise good judgment

• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative

• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

• Must have a strong work ethic and high level of integrity

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
