We are searching for a meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. The primary function of this role is to manage our company's payroll system with a high level of detail and accuracy. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations in our accounting department and is integral to maintaining our financial health. The Payroll Administrator will work closely with other departments, utilizing their skills in ADP payroll systems, reconciliation, timekeeping, and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process biweekly payroll for a team of 300 employees.

• Collaborate with managers to ensure accurate timekeeping for hourly and salaried employees.

• Regularly audit payroll records and correct discrepancies promptly.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient payroll processing.

• Administer 401k and other benefits in accordance with regulations.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of accounting software systems to optimize workflow.

• Reconcile payroll expenditures to ensure budget alignment.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

• Monitor customer accounts for discrepancies and take appropriate action.

• Regularly update and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions and Auditing

• Ability to handle Benefit Functions

• Experience in ADP - Payroll

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
