We are offering an exciting opportunity in the banking and brokerage industry, specifically for a Risk Analyst role based in Central, Kentucky. This role will involve oversight of both interest rate risk processes and liquidity management programs, strategic planning, and assisting in various auditing functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and consult on product offerings, rate setting, investment decisions, and related activities in accordance with bank policies.

• Manage the Liquidity Management Program, including funding selection, rate setting, and periodic liquidity reporting.

• Chair the banks' ALCO committees, which includes preparing the agenda, minutes, and board reporting.

• Direct and report on the banks' adherence to strategic plans while leading the development of future strategic planning.

• Assist in the development of banks' products, services, budgeting, and profitability initiatives.

• Provide support with financial reporting, although this is not the primary responsibility.

• Assist in overseeing external and internal audit functions.

• Facilitate or assist in OCC exams, external audit, and internal audit in regard to accounting and treasury issues.

• Provide counsel to CEO of both the bank and the holding company, and boards of both banks and the holding company.

Requirements • Demonstrable experience with Interest Rate Derivatives.

• Proficiency in Banking & Brokerage.

• Proven ability to manage Interest Rate Risk.

• Extensive knowledge in Liquidity Risk Management.

• Ability to analyze Financial Statements efficiently.

• Experience with Audited Financial Statements.

• Familiarity with Financial Statement preparation and evaluation.

• Expertise in handling Annual Strategic financial tasks.

• Strong understanding of Financial Statement Preparation.
