To support the company's objectives as Senior Accountant, you will prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow, produce budgets and forecasting, prepare audits, and handle internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Top-notch analytical skills are vital to the duties of this position. This position is full time with excellent compensation and benefits, as well as the chance to grow.
Your responsibilities in this role
Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management
Uphold company standards when working with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls; while also providing support on special requests when required
Produce error-free monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP
Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Review financial information such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. and present analysis in a clear manner
Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Apply oneself to various department-wide initiatives

Requirements
5+ years of overall general accounting experience,
Strong analytical capabilities and discernment
Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
Knowledgeable of ERP systems
Self-starter and strong ethical standards
BA/BS in Accounting,
Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
Great attention to detail
Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
Deep understanding of Manufacturing Cost Accounting
Manufacturing experience required
Macola experience
Supervising experience
Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued
Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
Must have excellent time management skills
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
