Our client, a large service-based organization, is adding to their Risk & Compliance team. They are adding an entry-level Accounting Analyst who will focus on best practices, process improvements, internal controls, and other finance-related initiatives to support the continued growth of the organization. The Accounting Analyst will have an integral role in establishing the framework for this rapidly growing business. This opportunity will allow for communication, collaboration and visibility with not only local leadership, but also international leaders.
Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
Conceptual knowledge of Internal Control
General familiarity with Corporate Internal Audit

Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment
Strong analytical capabilities
BA/BS in Accounting or Fiannce
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Must have excellent time management skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
