Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Lincoln, Massachusetts

Description We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team situated in Lincoln, Massachusetts. This role provides the opportunity to work in the telecom industry, focusing on providing first-tier support to our team members. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will have the chance to work with a range of software and hardware including Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, Microsoft, Active Directory, and Mac Computers. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-tier support to team members using the Google Suite, including Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Hangouts, Google Search, and Google Sheets.

• Handle EO/IR systems and maintain their functionality and efficiency.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on computer hardware.

• Manage and maintain the Active Directory.

• Assist in configuration management and ensure all systems are working as per the set configurations.

• Oversee and manage deployments and ensure they are executed as per the plan.

• Provide deskside support to team members and help them resolve any technical issues they may be facing.

• Provide desktop support to team members and ensure their workstations are functioning optimally.

• Use your skills in Citrix and Dell Technologies to manage and maintain these systems. Requirements • Proven experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar IT support role

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies

• Experience with EO/IR systems and Mac Computers

• Expertise in Microsoft applications and Active Directory management

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

• Experience in Deployments and Deskside Support

• Knowledge of Desktop Support methodologies

• Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Hangouts, Google Search, Google Sheets, and Google Suite

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
