Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager in the Manufacturing industry, located in Lincolnshire, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations, including network infrastructure, cloud computing, systems development, and SAP-based systems. You will also devise and execute strategic plans to ensure a robust, secure, and agile IT infrastructure that supports the organization's objectives and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the company's technology operations, including network infrastructure, cloud computing, and systems development.

• Manage SAP-based systems and ensure they are integrated and functioning optimally.

• Devise and execute strategic plans to ensure a robust, secure, and agile IT infrastructure.

• Support the organization's objectives and growth through effective technology management.

• Utilize Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Configuration Management, and Consulting skills.

• Manage SAP HANA to ensure optimal performance and integration with other systems.

• Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Address technology-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement appropriate solutions.

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of the organization's data and information. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies and Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge of Database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Understanding of Business Process Functions

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Previous Consulting experience

• Proficiency in SAP HANA

• Experience in the manufacturing industry

• Ability to manage ERP integration projects from inception to completion

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proven problem-solving abilities

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements
