Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Windows IT Support professional to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Windows-based network infrastructure. As an IT support specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining user productivity and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or chat
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems related to Windows-based systems
Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel when necessary
Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain detailed records of resolved issues
Collaborate with other IT professionals to maintain system configurations
Proactively identify and address potential IT issues before they impact users
Stay up-to-date with the latest Windows technologies and best practices
Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in Windows IT support or a related field
Proven ability to follow instructions and troubleshoot IT issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems
