Description
We are in search of a Collections Specialist to join our team in the transport industry, located in Little Elm, Texas. As a Collections Specialist, your role will involve liaising between customers and internal departments to resolve billing issues, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring that all work on accounts is updated correctly. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for aging report management.
• Regularly interact with clients through calls and emails to manage account balances.
• Utilize Excel extensively to manage various tasks and data.
• Identify and rectify billing issues promptly.
• Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments to address and resolve billing problems.
• Ensure all account work is updated accurately and efficiently.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and respond to Answering Inbound Calls.
• Perform Billing Functions and manage Collection Processes.
• Administer Claim Administration.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in CRM
• Experience with Epic Software
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Answering Inbound Calls
• Experience in Billing Functions
• Knowledge of Claim Administration
• Familiarity with Collection Processes.
