We're in search of a proficient and strategically-minded Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity while having the flexibility to attend periodic on-site meetings around the Little Rock metro area. This vital position will direct and oversee our company's financial planning, budget management, and debt financing, as well as implement company-wide operational changes. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support both short-term and long-term organizational goals.

• Provide financial leadership and strategic direction to senior management.

• Develop and manage tools and systems to deliver financial and operational information to the executive team.

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including financial statements, budget analyses, and forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.

• Direct the annual budgeting process, long-term financial planning, and forecasting.

• Manage cash flow and oversee capital structure, including current and future investments.

• Lead the Accounting, Billing, and Tax Departments, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all financial operations.

• Hire, train, and retain a high-performing finance and accounting team.

• Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on all financial matters.

• Utilize skills in '3M', 'Accounting Software Systems', 'Business systems', 'CRM', 'Accounting Functions', 'Auditing', 'Budget Processes', 'Capital Management', 'Cash Flow Analysis' to enhance job performance.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a CFO or similar high-level executive role.

• Proficiency in the usage of 3M and other accounting software systems.

• Expertise in managing business systems and CRM platforms.

• A strong understanding and experience in managing all accounting functions.

• Demonstrable experience in auditing, budget processes, capital management, and cash flow analysis.

• Excellent strategic planning and business development skills.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a management team.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• MBA or related advanced degree in finance or accounting preferred.

• CPA or similar certification would be advantageous.

• Proven track record of managing complex financial operations within a company.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of honesty, integrity, commitment, and responsibility.

• Acquaintance with corporate governance and general management best practices.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
