Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the finance and human resources functions of our organization. You will oversee financial and accounting documents, budgeting, financial analysis, and grant oversight. Your role will also involve collaboration with the HR & Finance departments to implement new strategies, programs, or initiatives.

The salary range will be $100,000 - $120,000 DOE with strong benefits and phenomenal cost of living increases!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the integrity of financial and accounting documents, ensuring accurate, adequate, and timely financial statistical information is prepared for internal management and third-party needs.

• Collaborate with the Human Resource staff to manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

• Work towards fostering a productive and engaging workplace culture while ensuring the financial health of the organization.

• Design, implement, evaluate, and adjust internal controls over financial processes.

• Ensure a high level of accountability and adherence to prescribed procedures in the management of federally funded programs.

• Attend meetings of the Board of Directors and various committees as requested.

• Serve as a staff representative to Board of Directors finance and investment committees.

• Provide guidance, training, and technical assistance to staff and volunteers on bookkeeping, accounting, and office procedures.

• Coordinate annual audit and tax filings.

• Prepare the annual budget proposal in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer and other appropriate staff for presentation to the Board of Directors.

• Continually improve the budgeting process by educating department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets.

• Oversee administrative purchasing procedures and manage organization purchasing functions.

Requirements • Candidate must hold a role of CFO or similar for at least 5 years

• Proficiency in 3M systems is required

• Strong proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• CapEx knowledge is highly desirable

• Knowledge of CRM systems is required

• Must have handled Accounting Functions in their previous roles

• Experience with Auditing is a must

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is necessary

• Expertise in Capital Management is required

• Must be capable of performing Cash Flow Analysis.
