  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

  • Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Well-founded grasp of Service Calls

  • Proven knowledge of Warm Calling

  • Inbound Call Center experience highly desired

  • Deep understanding of High Volume Call Center

  • General familiarity with Prior Call Center

  • Practical knowledge of Banking Industry

  • Call Center Customer Service experience desired

  • Knowledge of Call Center Operations

  • Fast Paced Call Center experience

  • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Excellent computer skills

  • 1+ years of past relevant experience

    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
