The salary range will be $140,000 - $150,000 DOE with a 15% bonus potential and other significant benefits including a very aggrivie 401k match!

Develop and implement strategic plans for inventory and cost accounting functions.
Compile and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Establish and maintain efficient accounting procedures and workflows.
Lead efforts to optimize inventory management and cost allocation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end accounting tasks.
Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Direct and supervise accounting department personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development of team members.
Resolve issues and conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Significant experience in progressively responsible accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting principles.
CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
