The salary range will be $140,000 - $150,000 DOE with a 15% bonus potential and other significant benefits including a very aggrivie 401k match!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for inventory and cost accounting functions.

  • Compile and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

  • Establish and maintain efficient accounting procedures and workflows.

  • Lead efforts to optimize inventory management and cost allocation processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

  • Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end accounting tasks.

  • Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise accounting department personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development of team members.

  • Resolve issues and conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

  • Significant experience in progressively responsible accounting roles.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting principles.

  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and company values.
