Key responsibilities
Forming presentations
Schedule travel and meeting arrangements
Put together reports and financial data
Vet calls
Train and oversee other support staff and customer relations

Requirements
Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Coordinate Travel Arrangements experience
Staff scheduling experience preferred
Meeting coordination and planning experience highly desired
Comprehensive knowledge of Book Travel Arrangements
Calendar Management experience
-Experience assisting a director and board in meetings
-able to collaborate in meetings and promote critical thinking/ problem solving
- Internet research skills
