Robert Half Financial Analyst in Little Rock, Arkansas

Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is centered around managing and analyzing financial information, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various auditing processes. It requires proficiency in accounting software systems, data mining techniques, and other related skills.

The salary range will be $65,000 - $75,000 DOE with strong benefits and long-term growth opportunities!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial information and implement it into forecasting, budgeting, and other financial processes.

• Review, reconcile, and verify the accuracy of system values for inventory and Work-In-Process (WIP) sub-ledger details through variance analysis.

• Assist with the preparation of weekly financial flash reports and monthly management reports.

• Prepare and post journal entries and perform other monthly closing functions.

• Review inventory and WIP transactions and related accruals.

• Perform overhead calculations including fuel, labor, material, and applied overheads.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts to sub-ledgers and perform account reconciliation for various assigned balance sheet accounts.

• Handle routine Fixed Assets accounting duties.

• Participate in physical inventory and cycle count audits.

• Conduct detailed expense analysis and man-hour reporting.

• Coordinate cycle count audits and reconciliations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports

• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques

• Experience with Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting

• Experience with Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Knowledge of Capital Management

• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
