Description
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting our business technology needs. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data analysis, system integration, and user support. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills and understanding of SQL and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to ensure our data flows smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases.
Design and implement solutions to integrate disparate systems and applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Provide technical support to internal users, resolving their questions and addressing their problems.
Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new IT systems and processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT systems and procedures.
Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Analyze EDI transactions and identify any errors or inconsistencies.
Map data between different EDI formats.
Work with internal and external partners to ensure smooth EDI communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of SQL and its applications in data querying and analysis.
Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
