Description

Local Equipment Supplier is looking to add a Project Manager/Administrator to their team. The position involves providing administrative support to the project management team whose goal is to provide successful completion of projects. That involve thorough communication and coordination with owners, architects, consultants, general contractors, sub-contractors, internal resources, and vendor partners. This person will be required to have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. The company offers a very competitive Salary when brought on Full-Time as well as substantial opportunity to grow! Other Duties include:

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Manage relationships with clients, third party vendors and manufacturer sales rep.

  • Assumes responsibility for working with project team members and maintaining complete and accurate records for multiple jobs - working with multiple project managers, field personnel and accounting.

  • Responsible for completing special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required by management.

  • Meet regularly with the Project Manager, field installation and accounting personnel to understand the specific needs of each job and determine where assistance is needed in the following areas. .

  • Responsible for coordinating monthly pay applications and lien releases, per the requirements of the General Contractor. Provide Daily Job Log book to the Superintendent, when requested.

  • Support Project Managers with distribution of bid invitations, construction drawings and design changes.
