Description Local Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team! As the Property Manager you are responsible for the following:
Reviewing and updating rental rates
marketing the property to gain new tenants and to keep property at a 90% or above occupancy rate
Assisting with new and renewing leases
Maintaining the property and discussing needs with Maintenance crew, local contractors, and vendors as needed
Review and process all incoming and outgoing invoices
collections on past due invoices
Recruiting and onboarding of new staff as needed
Other duties as assigned.
