Robert Half Sr. Executive Assistant in Little Rock, Arkansas

Description We are seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant in Little Rock, Arkansas, to provide high-level administrative support within our organization. This role entails managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. It also includes providing strategic insights on various issues, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the President/Co-CEO

• Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights on operational, accounting, finance, and board-level issues

• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information and high-profile individuals

• Facilitate communication between the President/Co-CEO and various stakeholders, including CEOs, community leaders, and investors

• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations

• Ensure smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks and supporting office staff as needed

• Understand complex business issues, summarize core issues, and communicate them clearly to team members

• Build partnerships and work collaboratively with leaders to meet shared objectives

• Interpret and apply understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions

• Serve as an extension of the President/Co-CEO, making decisions and arriving at conclusions that align with their vision and goals

• Experience working with C-Suite level executives

• Proven track record in Arranging Travel and Financial Reporting

• Ability to multitask and prioritize diverse task list

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of discretion and confidentiality

• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
