Description Are you detail-oriented with a passion for the automotive industry? Robert Half is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Title Clerk at our well-known group dealerships located in Central Arkansas. As a Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles, enabling our dealership to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently in accordance with state regulations and dealership policies.

Verify and review all documents related to vehicle titles, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Communicate with customers, lenders, and government agencies to obtain necessary paperwork and resolve any title issues.

Maintain organized records and files for all vehicle titles and related documentation.

Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to facilitate the smooth flow of title paperwork and transactions.

Stay updated on state regulations and industry best practices related to vehicle titling.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in automotive title processing preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
