Description
Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for helping individuals and families plan for their future? Robert Half is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to play a crucial role in providing comprehensive estate planning services.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their estate planning goals, objectives, and concerns.
Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives tailored to each client's unique circumstances and wishes.
Advise clients on strategies for minimizing estate taxes, preserving wealth, and ensuring the smooth transfer of assets to beneficiaries.
Review and analyze complex estate planning documents and financial information.
Assist clients in navigating probate proceedings, trust administration, and other legal matters related to estate planning.
Stay abreast of changes in estate planning laws and regulations and communicate updates to clients as necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service, communication, and trust.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Colorado.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing estate planning law, preferably in a reputable law firm or specialized practice.
Strong knowledge of estate planning principles, tax laws, and probate procedures.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
