Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in LITTLETON, Colorado. The role is within the IT industry, where the successful candidate will be tasked with efficiently managing and resolving IT-related issues. Key responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Android Development, Cisco, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
• Providing support for Mac Computers and Apple Devices.
• Handling Active Directory operations and ensuring efficient Configuration Management.
• Dealing with Computer Hardware issues and overseeing software and hardware Deployments.
• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action based on account activity.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and processing customer credit applications accurately.
• Collaborating with team members to improve customer service and internal processes.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers. Requirements
• Ability to work with Mac Computers
• Proficiency in Microsoft products
• Experience with Active Directory
• Comfortable with Apple Devices
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Ability to manage Deployments
