Description
Do you enjoy designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate functionality and performance of software products? We want to talk to you!!
In this role you'll collaborate with the software development team and network engineers to identify, isolate, and troubleshoot issues. Your primary responsibilities will be Fibre channel (FC) protocol testing which includes investigating, analyzing technical issues, system defects, and performance bottlenecks and report writing.
This organization provides end to end digital storage testing and validation for NVMe SSD drives over NVMe protocols: Fibre Channel, TCP/IP, RoCE, and native NVMe over PCIe.
AKA: Network and Fibre Channel Protocols Software Qualification Specialist
Requirements
Required Skills:
FC (Fibre Channel) Testing (or comparable)
iSCI (or comparable)
Python expertise
Bash experience
Comfortable working in a Linux environment
Familiarity with Jira, Bugzilla, Atlassian, Wireshark, Docker Containers and Test Automation
Nice to have:
Hobbyist Mentality as it relates to testing and tinkering
NVMe experience
