This position's duties include recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Major responsibilities

  • Conducting interviews

  • Influencing internal recommendations

  • Applying digital recruiting resources

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Performing various administrative duties

  • Drafting and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Sustaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations


  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Adeptness in Hiring Processes

  • Expertise in recruiting

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Recruiting

  • Proficiency in Conduct Interviews

  • Posting Jobs experience highly desired

  • Foundational knowledge in Coordinating Schedules

  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
