Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our clients growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
Collaborate with project managers to resolve billing discrepancies.
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable accounts.
Prepare and analyze AR reports for management review.
Assist in the month-end closing process related to accounts receivable.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of accounts receivable experience in the construction industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
