Description
We are currently in search of a skilled, dedicated, and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP& A) operations and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This individual will be wholly responsible for managing the financial health of our multi-site company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Lead and monitor financial planning and performance, implementing active strategies to enhance profitability and cost-efficiency across all sites.
Conduct risk assessments, financial analysis and evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with management to put efficient finance control systems in place.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports reflecting the company's performance and forecast.
Develop strategies to enhance profitability and cost-efficiency across all sites.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and senior management for informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Continually develop and refine FP& A processes, tools, and systems to meet the needs of a multi-site growing company.
Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role with a strong emphasis on FP& A.
Experience with multi-site companies will be highly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting.
Strong knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Stellar communication and presentation skills and the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance audience.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software and reporting systems.
Strong time management, prioritization and organizational planning skills.
High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
