Description

We are currently in search of a skilled, dedicated, and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP& A) operations and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This individual will be wholly responsible for managing the financial health of our multi-site company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Lead and monitor financial planning and performance, implementing active strategies to enhance profitability and cost-efficiency across all sites.

  • Conduct risk assessments, financial analysis and evaluations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Liaise with management to put efficient finance control systems in place.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports reflecting the company's performance and forecast.

  • Develop strategies to enhance profitability and cost-efficiency across all sites.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and senior management for informed decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

  • Continually develop and refine FP& A processes, tools, and systems to meet the needs of a multi-site growing company.

  • Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO.

    Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role with a strong emphasis on FP& A.

  • Experience with multi-site companies will be highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting.

  • Strong knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Stellar communication and presentation skills and the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance audience.

  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software and reporting systems.

  • Strong time management, prioritization and organizational planning skills.

  • High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
