Description
We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in the Wholesale industry. This role is based in Livermore, California. The successful candidate will be tasked with various accounting functions, working in a hybrid environment post-training, offering a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize skills in GAAP to manage and oversee all accounting functions
• Work collaboratively with a team, including two hands-on owners
• Execute intermediate Excel functions such as V Lookups and Pivot Tables
• Show a commitment to the role, demonstrating an interest in longevity
• Manage a small team of staff in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with active owners, showing flexibility and adaptability
• Leverage experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system to manage financial tasks
• Oversee Full Charge Bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage and organize tasks and communication
• Manage an office, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
• Should possess strong accounting functions skills
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory
• Must be adept at performing Bank Reconciliations
• Should possess Full Charge Bookkeeping capabilities
• Prior experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper is required
• Knowledge of NetSuite software is a significant advantage
