Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an interim Recruiter.Join our team on a contract basis, where you will be playing a key role in our client's recruitment efforts and will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans; advising managers on hiring best practices; as well as recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
Determine candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Maintain department records and reports
Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices
Study organization plans and objectives and collaborate with managers on internal hiring needs in order to establish recruiting requirements
Assist with onboarding new hires Requirements
Should be detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and multi-tasking
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Must be organized and have great time-management skills
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
