Description

Responsibilities:
• Proficient use of Accounting Software Systems, Drake Tax Software, Intuit ProSeries, Lacerte Tax Software, and Microsoft Excel
• Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients and address their inquiries
• Accurate calculation of Deductibles and thorough Documentation of the same
• Managing and reporting on Expense Reporting systems
• Maintenance and management of Financial Records
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
• Assisting clients in preparing and submitting their tax returns
• Providing advice on tax-related issues to clients
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
• Collaborating with team members to provide top-quality service.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Drake Tax Software
• Familiarity with Intuit ProSeries
• Expertise in Lacerte Tax Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Deductible processes
• Excellent Documentation skills
• Ability to handle Expense Reporting
• Experience in managing Financial Records
