Robert Half Data Entry Clerk in Lombard, Illinois
Description We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk for our team located in LOMBARD, Illinois. The role is primarily within the manufacturing industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing traffic images and videos for violations. The role also includes customer service, email correspondence, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee, examine, and handle violations according to established processes and procedures.
• Carry out daily Supervisor Confirm file records through visual match of vehicle make and appropriate lane.
• Amend Owner names and addresses that are longer than 30 characters prior to confirmation.
• Assist in the review and information lookup in LexisNexis of violation records with license plates that are not easily acquired through SOS or Nlets.
• Identify and communicate effective solutions to any issues that arise.
• Demonstrate proficient use of 10 Key Skills, Data Entry, and Organizing Files.
• Perform Calculations and Scanning as part of the daily tasks.
• Display excellent Typing skills in all communications.
• Maintain and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Keep accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and typing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform calculations accurately
• Experience with email correspondence
• Knowledge of organizing files effectively
• Proficiency in scanning documents
• Demonstrated ability in using 10 key skills
