Your responsibilities

  • Understand and handle project interdependencies

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks

  • Produce and execute on complex project plans and key milestones

  • Assign the right people with the right skills at the right time

  • Manage cross functional projects across multiple systems or functions

  • Arrange project priorities with strategies/objectives Requirements - To be considered, you should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

    • A Project Management (PMP) certification is strongly preferred

    • This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

    • Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is strongly preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

  • Can work independently with minimal supervision

  • Quality experience with JDE EnterpriseOne

  • Well-founded grasp of Manage Vendor Relationships

  • Command of ADP - Payroll

  • Wide ranging experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

  • Proven knowledge of Multiple Vendors

  • Previous experience working with J.D. Edwards - Project Manager

  • Change management experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Project

  • General familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)

  • Good understanding of IT project management

  • Earlier work involving finance

  • Practical knowledge of Merger integration

  • Change management experience

  • Experience with Manage Vendor Relationships

    • Flexible and focused
  • Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management

    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant Project Management experience Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
