Robert Half Vice President of Information Technology in Lomira, Wisconsin


As the Vice President of Information Technology (IT), you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the technological strategy of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring the alignment of technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the IT department aligned with the organization's overall objectives. Lead the development of IT strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives to support business growth and innovation.

  • ERP Implementation: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of ERP solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

  • Technology Roadmapping: Define and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the evolution of IT infrastructure, applications, and digital capabilities. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing IT team capable of delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster growth and engagement.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and external partners to understand business needs and priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on how technology can drive business value and enhance customer experiences.

  • Cybersecurity and Risk Management: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect the organization's digital assets and sensitive information. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards, and proactively mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage the IT budget effectively, allocating resources to projects and initiatives based on strategic priorities and ROI analysis. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize IT spending to maximize value for the organization.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role within IT, with a track record of successfully leading ERP implementations, technology roadmapping, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering business value through technology.
