The main responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator include:
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices
Respond to inquiries regarding account status, invoices, property taxes, work orders, etc.
Prepare reports of financial and operating data
Analyze and reconcile various ledgers
Update and maintain databases with financial information, renovation projects, etc.
Assist in annual budgeting process
Prepare and review annual expense reconciliation
